Microcontrollers with USB on-chip peripheral
Intel and Siemens are offering 8051 variants with USB such as the C541U. Different parts for hub and hub-less versions are available. In addition, Intel offers a 251 derivative with both versions of USB.
Development Tools for these Microcontrollers
Hitex MX251 and AX251 are a dedicated In-Circuit Emulators for the Intel MCS®-251 microcontroller. They support all present MCS®-251 derivatives including MCS®151 and the USB parts 8X930.
Hitex MX51 and AX51 are a dedicated In-Circuit Emulators for the 8051 family. They support the Intel 8X931 and the Siemens C540 and C541 USB parts.
